DeafBlind Ontario Services is the largest non-profit organization in Ontario supporting deafblind individuals in a wide range of communities across the province. It provides residential, community, intervenor and other services programs to individuals who are deafblind in an effort to increase their independence and quality of life. It has been recognized as a Canadian Nonprofit Employer of Choice in 2015 and 2016.

DeafBlind Ontario Services offers its employees, comprised mainly of support workers and intervenors, mentoring, training and other ongoing development opportunities so that they may excel in their career endeavors and further develop their abilities and talents. It has developed and designed the TOUCH (Training, Ongoing, Unique, Committed, Holistic) training program to provide additional training, educational opportunities and professional development to intervenors. This program is meant to meet the unique needs of each client and the intervenor.
