Founded in 2008 by Dr. Sheldon Elman and Stuart M. Elman, Persistence Capital Partners ("PCP") is Canada’s only private equity fund exclusively focused on high-growth opportunities in Canadian healthcare.

The firm is comprised of former owners, operators and regulators of healthcare businesses in Canada and around the world, with more than a hundred years of collective experience.
