What you’ll do

  • Maintain and enhance product-related data in our enterprise systems, ensuring it is complete, accurate, and reliable.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate data for customers, products, pricing, and suppliers, resolving discrepancies with transparency and care.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI that provide actionable insights to commercial, finance, and operations teams.
  • Translate business needs into clear performance metrics, empowering leaders with data-driven decision-making tools.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes and implement automation using Power Automate.
  • Document and continuously improve data and automation processes to ensure scalability and long-term impact.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in data analysis or data management.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard design.
  • Hands-on experience with process automation tools, ideally Power Automate.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages.
  • Familiarity with data governance principles and data quality frameworks.
  • Experience with data entry processes in the product domain (SKU creation and enrichment)
  • Good communication skills for stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering.
