What you’ll do
- Maintain and enhance product-related data in our enterprise systems, ensuring it is complete, accurate, and reliable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate data for customers, products, pricing, and suppliers, resolving discrepancies with transparency and care.
- Create interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI that provide actionable insights to commercial, finance, and operations teams.
- Translate business needs into clear performance metrics, empowering leaders with data-driven decision-making tools.
- Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes and implement automation using Power Automate.
- Document and continuously improve data and automation processes to ensure scalability and long-term impact.

Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in data analysis or data management.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard design.
- Hands-on experience with process automation tools, ideally Power Automate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages.
- Familiarity with data governance principles and data quality frameworks.
- Experience with data entry processes in the product domain (SKU creation and enrichment)
- Good communication skills for stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering.
