JOB SUMMARY
The Project Lead plays a key role in managing and guiding a portfolio of projects within Patient Support Solutions. This position is responsible for contributing to the development and execution of strategic plans and risk mitigation initiatives for assigned projects. The Project Lead coordinates internal teams and clients as well as third-party vendors to ensure seamless project delivery. By closely monitoring progress, timelines, budgets, and quality standards, the Project Lead ensures that all projects are completed efficiently, within scope, and in alignment with organizational objectives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing input into the development, implementation of strategy and risk mitigation plan for the assigned projects in areas of Patient Support Solutions.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope, objectives, requirement gathering involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Meet with clients to document detailed requirements gathering and clarify specific requirements for each project.
- Ensure resource mapping, availability, and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals and share updates/progress with internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate issues/delays to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
- Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
-
College or University degree specializing in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Project Management preferably in a Health-related field.

PMI Project Management training and/or Agile Project Management training.
Experience
-
PMP Project Management principles and techniques applied to Projects demonstrating progressive and relevant experience and understanding of the industry reporting at the various organizational levels from inception to completion, Business Analysis, Systems and IT background is an asset.

- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills with flexible approach and ability to multitask effectively.
- Dynamic, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- An understanding of health interoperability, data integrity, data privacy, safety, and protection landscape.
