As a newer facility, we’re looking for people who are flexible, hands-on, and ready to roll up their sleeves. If you're looking to grow in a production role, enjoy problem-solving, and want to be part of building something from the ground up, this could be the opportunity for you.

- Keep your station organized and production-ready, following all sanitation and quality protocols

- Package, palletize, and move finished product according to specification and organizational requirements
Support Product Quality
- Complete in-process documentation to ensure accuracy, traceability, and regulatory compliance
- Conduct quality testing in line with SOPs and escalate deviations promptly
- Follow GMP, HACCP, ISO, and food safety standards from start to finish—because quality isn’t optional here
Contribute to Safety and Compliance
- Champion a culture of safety by following company policies, wearing PPE, and handling equipment and chemicals responsibly
- Support health and safety protocols across all tasks, creating a safe and respectful workplace for everyone
Drive Continuous Improvement
- Bring your ideas to the table—we’re always looking to improve how we work
- Collaborate with your team and leaders on efficiency, quality, and safety initiatives
Shift Work & Environment
- This is a physically active role that requires extended periods on your feet, repetitive movement, and lifting up to 25 kg (55 lbs)
- You’ll be working 12-hour shifts on a rotational schedule, including weekends and overnight hours
- Our production floor is a clean, regulated food environment with controlled temperatures and strict hygiene protocols
What You’ll Bring
