As a Bus Operator, youll provide safe, reliable, and customerfocused transportation to residents across Regina. This role offers stable, fulltime employment, strong benefits, and the opportunity to grow into a skilled professional driver while making a real impact every day. What You Bring-Grade 12, GED, or equivalent education-A strong driving record and solid work history-Confidence operating large vehicles in all weather and road conditions-Ability to follow detailed procedures, perform safety inspections, and maintain punctuality-Knowledge of Reginas streets, landmarks, and routes (mapreading skills essential)-Physical ability to meet the demands of the role, including bending, lifting, twisting, and long periods of seated driving What We Offer-Competitive hourly wages, with increases after your first three years-$19.11/hour during the 6week paid training program-Guaranteed fulltime hours and longterm job security-Comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage and pension-A supportive, teamoriented environment where diversity and inclusion are valued-Opportunities to connect with the community and make a meaningful difference-Ongoing training, development, and educational support Benefits of working at the City of ReginaWe offer a competitive wage and benefits package, ongoing training, and employee recognition programs.Permanent employees are eligible for 80% Health & Dental coverage.
