Main Functions
Relevant du Superviseur contrôle qualité, le technicien contrôle qualité (stabilités) participera à la gestion des stabilités reliés aux produits finis et aux principes actifs depuis la réception des échantillons jusqu’au rapport de stabilité.
Responsabilités :
- Effectuer la gestion des échantillons de stabilité;
- Préparer la documentation d’analyses spécifiques aux lots mis en stabilité;
- Effectuer les analyses microbiologiques, physico-chimiques et physiques;
- Préparer les lames et les examens microscopiques;
- Préparer les milieux de culture, les solutions et le matériel servant aux analyses;
- Faire la saisie de données des résultats de stabilité;
- Participer à la réaliser de différents projets spéciaux;
- Décontaminer le matériel par stérilisation;
- Assurer le respect des politiques C-TPAT, BPF, BPL, des procédures internes et des règlements de santé et de sécurité;
- Remplir les dossiers pertinents à la fonction;
- Rédiger les rapports pertinents à la fonction au besoin;
- Veiller au respect des spécifications du client;
- Collaborer avec différents secteurs (production, contrôle qualité, stabilités, etc.);
- Participer à toutes autres tâches connexes.

Required
- Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales en techniques de laboratoires, spécialisation biotechnologies ou diplôme équivalent
- Posséder une expérience de travail dans un poste similaire

- Bonne connaissance de la microbiologie
- Connaissances et respect des BPF et PON
- Excellentes aptitudes informatiques (Excel en particulier)
- Autonomie et travail d’équipe
- Jugement et souci du détail
