We’re looking for a detail-loving, highly organized Product Marketing Specialist to join our team! You’ll play a key role in bringing new products to life—from first idea to final launch. You’ll work cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, growth, and retail teams to ensure every product looks, feels, and performs its best across every channel. Most importantly, how to sell these products utilizing their unique stories, features and benefits. If you’re equal parts product-obsessed and customer-focused, this one’s for you.

What you’ll do:

  • Get to know our products inside and out—everything from specs to storytelling.
  • Own the go-to-market experience: help shape how products show up across DTC, retail, and wholesale channels.
  • Collaborate with the Endy Merchandising and Marketing teams to support seamless, customer-first launches.
  • Craft smart, strategic briefs for Marketing, Growth, and Web teams to ensure every product lands clearly and consistently.
  • Monitor how our products are listed across affiliate and retail sites, and work with Growth to optimize for SEO and conversions.
  • Recommend in-store merchandising strategies to ensure Endy products shine on the shelves.
  • Keep a close eye on the market: Track competitive product launches, identify gaps, and propose ideas that keep Endy ahead.
  • Support the team in SKU rationalization and help make the case for adding or sunsetting products based on data and trends.

Who you are:

  • You bring 2–3 years of experience in merchandising, product marketing, or a related role.
  • You have a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience that proves you know how to bring products to market effectively.
  • You’re a strong communicator who can translate technical details into compelling stories.
  • You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple moving parts.
  • You love collaboration and are energized by working with cross-functional teams.
  • You keep the customer front and center in everything you do.
  • You’re curious about what’s happening in the market and always looking for ways to improve things.
