Technology Alliance Manager
Safe Software is seeking a dynamic Technology Alliance Manager to establish, grow, and lead commercial relationships with systems integrators (SIs/GSIs) such as Deloitte and Capgemini, as well as strategic technology partners including AWS and Snowflake. This role is critical to expanding Safe’s market footprint, building the foundation for a broader alliance function, and driving long-term business impact through partnerships.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven ability to translate technical value into commercial outcomes, drive joint go-to-market execution, and manage multi-dimensional partner relationships across both strategic and operational levels.
Key Purpose

Establish, and grow deep, high-impact relationships with systems integrators and tech ecosystem partners.

Drive co-selling, co-marketing, and partner enablement activities to accelerate revenue and market access.

Translate Safe Software’s technical capabilities into commercial solutions that generate business value for SIs and GSIs.

Lay the groundwork for a scalable alliances function, with potential for future team leadership and operational expansion.
Key Functional Areas
Partner Management
Lead the strategy and execution of partnerships with:

- Systems integrators and GSIs (e.g., Deloitte, Capgemini)
- Cloud marketplaces (e.g., AWS Marketplace)
- Technology alliances (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, other ecosystem partners)
- Conduct executive alignment, regular cadence check-ins, and co-development of business plans and success metrics. Develop and execute a proactive strategy to connect and meet with the customers of our partners.
Sales Enablement Through Partners
- Align internal sales teams with partner sales and delivery organizations.
- Manage joint objectives through QBRs, sales playbooks, and cross-functional collaboration. Ensure partners are enabled to effectively communicate and sell the Safe Software value proposition.
Market Expansion
- Prepare and lead initiatives to list and operate Safe Software solutions in the AWS and Snowflake marketplaces.
Support go-to-market activities aligned with marketplace dynamics and regulations, particularly through a U.S. entity structure. - Identify additional opportunities in the market that can drive growth.
- Drive Safe’s participation in co-selling programs and partner incentive frameworks.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Technology Alliance Manager, you will:
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Define and implement the overall partner strategy across SIs and strategic technology alliances.
- Prioritize and onboard partners based on alignment with Safe Software’s growth and innovation goals.
Joint Go-to-Market
- Co-create and launch integrated solutions and marketing initiatives with partners.
- Influence pipeline growth through partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing on joint content, campaigns, and field events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between partner organizations and internal stakeholders including product, sales, customer success, and legal.
- Advocate for partners’ needs in product development and solution positioning.
Metrics & Reporting
- Track and report on partnership performance, revenue contribution, and ROI.
- Monitor co-sell pipeline health, campaign results, and partner satisfaction.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
Safers come from a variety of backgrounds with a diversity in skills and knowledge. That said, we find that those who are most successful in this role have experience with the following areas.
Required skills:
- 10+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management in the SaaS or enterprise software industry.
- Strong experience with cloud marketplaces, large Sis, and hyperscaler ecosystems.
- Proven track record of building the technology alliances and Sis program from the ground up.
- Success navigating cloud partner ecosystems, marketplace integration, and co-selling programs.
- Deep understanding of partner-led sales motions, technical partner programs (AWS, Snowflake), and joint GTM planning.
- Strategic thinker with operational excellence and a hands-on, no-task-too-small mindset.
- Outstanding relationship management, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- High emotional intelligence, adaptable in dynamic environments, and committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
Nice to have skills:
- Former sales engineer or technical alliance background with strong commercial instincts is a plus.
