Job Summary:
The E-Commerce Product Content Coordinator reports into the Director of E-Commerce and plays a key role in collaborating closely with E-Commerce Specialists. This position is responsible for overseeing and enhancing product content across multiple online marketplaces, including Wayfair and other e-commerce platforms. The coordinator ensures that product information is accurate, compelling, and consistent with brand standards to drive visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance.
About The Role:
- Upload furniture products into provided templates, ensuring all fields (title, description, SKU, dimensions, material, color, etc.) are accurately completed.
- Optimize product titles and descriptions to be clear, descriptive, and searchable for both customers and marketplace search algorithms.
- Maintain, update and ensure accuracy of product content, price, inventory and imagery on e-commerce sites at all times
- Perform basic quality checks on images, titles, and descriptions to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with the internal team to resolve missing or unclear product information.
- Track completed uploads and maintained organized records for ongoing reference.
- Work closely with Product Team and Marketing Team to ensure all product information specs, imageries are captured
- Other responsibilities and accountabilities as assigned by the Director of E-Commerce
Let's Talk About You:
- Post secondary diploma and/or 1-2 years of E-Commerce experience working with product information and data entry, preferably in furniture or home goods.
- Previous experience managing product content for major online retailers, including Amazon, Wayfair, and similar platforms.
- Knowledge of marketplace attribute requirements (Wayfair, Houzz) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets accurately.
- Proficient in Excel, including formulas (xlookup) and templates.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
- Experience in PIM systems is an asset.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization for product listings
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, analytical, and detail oriented
- Requires minimal guidance; can work independently while also collaborate cross-functionally
- Self-starter, strategic thinker, and ambitious in nature
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working in a team environment
