About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for arriving customers. You will assist in supporting our efforts to consistently exceed customer and client expectations by delivering a superior customer service experience across the country.To succeed in this role, you must be fully bilingual in French and English.
Responsibilities
- Greet, welcome, and assist customers with questions or inquiries
- Process customer transactions using various payment methods quickly and accurately
- Inform and advise customers and clients on our products and services
- Support customers with the use and navigation of parking facilities and equipment
- Validate all defective tickets before allowing customers to exit the premises
- Maintain the customer service booth tidy and organized throughout the shift to ensure efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
Qualifications
- Must be bilingual(English and French)
- Minimum of 2–3 years of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and other shifts, as needed
- Beginner to intermediate computer knowledge
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team-oriented environment
