This isn’t a “maintain the status quo” role. This is a build-it, test-it, scale-it position for someone who thrives on creating a go-to-market strategy from the ground up. You’ll be our leader in mapping the landscape, securing our first partnerships, and shaping the playbook for growth.
What you’ll do
- Build the GTM strategy for RoomsRelay’s expansion into retirement living.
- Identify and win new business from operators and ownership groups.
- Test and refine messaging, pricing, and positioning for this new segment.
- Create partnerships that drive new talent and customers to join us.
- Work directly with the founder to shape how this vertical comes to life.
- Measure and iterate, as your early wins will guide our roadmap.
What you’ll bring

- Proven business development or sales leadership experience with at least 5 years in retirement living, healthcare, or senior housing sector.
