About the role
Join the Agreement Management team, in the Bilingual Senior Administrator position. In this role, you will oversee the coordination, administration and support of programs and/or business activities. Coordinates the collection of data for reporting purposes, prepares documentation and communicates with internal partners and third-party providers to obtain and/or provide information.

This is a temporary position of a duration of 24 months.

What you'll do:

  • Support the activities of a team responsible for the delivery and administration of programs and/or business activities.

  • Make recommendations for approvals, recommend courses of action for non-standard requests and process documentation or data such as applications/requests, commitments and payment requisitions.

  • Coordinate processing and administrative functions.

  • Coordinate important business activities and functions, which may include meetings, travel, communications, event logistics and procurement.

  • Support functional teams in tracking and monitoring budgets and/or reporting activities.

  • Ensure all documentation is in place in accordance with business requirements. Manage such documentation in support of business outcomes.

  • Validate and ensure accuracy of data inputted into the system.

  • Prepare documentation to maintain the efficient running of programs and/or business activities, such as reports, letters to clients and business agreements.

What you should have:

  • A post-secondary education or an equivalent amount of education and experience in business or public administration.

  • A minimum of one (1) year of prior relevant experience.

  • Strong organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, prioritize, meet deadlines and take initiative.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including the application of sound judgment and the ability to escalate appropriately.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to persuade others.

  • Good attention to detail.

  • The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

  • Bilingualism (English and French).
