Globalex Assurances, une compagnie de Westland Insurance Group Ltd., offre une belle opportunité pour un·e Administrateur·trice d’assurance. Ce poste est principalement en présentiel dans notre bureau de Montréal, QC. Vous serez un membre clé de notre équipe, soutenant les opérations quotidiennes tout en incarnant nos valeurs et en offrant un excellent service à la clientèle.
Dans ce rôle, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel de soutien administratif auprès de l’équipe des ventes et du service, en assurant la bonne gestion des polices, des sinistres et de la documentation via notre système Applied Epic. Pourquoi nous allons vous adorer :
- Vous avez de 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en administration ou en assurance
- Vous êtes bilingue en français et en anglais (requis)
- Vous maîtrisez Microsoft Office et êtes à l’aise avec les systèmes de saisie de données
- Vous avez une excellente communication et un grand sens du service à la clientèle
- Vous démontrez une rigueur exemplaire et un grand souci du détail
- Vous êtes reconnu·e pour votre professionnalisme et votre attitude positive
- La connaissance du système Applied Epic est un atout
- Vous respectez la confidentialité et démontrez un comportement éthique en tout temps
Une fois en poste, vous allez :
- Gérer les communications avec la clientèle (appels, courriels, visites) de manière professionnelle
- Fournir un soutien administratif complet à l’équipe (réservations, fournitures, calendrier Outlook, réception)
- Gérer la documentation (numérisation, classement, conformité) et le traitement du courrier
- Utiliser quotidiennement le système Applied Epic pour les polices et les sinistres
- Soutenir la gestion des sinistres (ouverture/fermeture, rapports de pertes, inspections Lloyd’s)
- Participer à des formations régulières pour rester à jour sur les produits, les tendances et les enjeux de l’industrie

Globalex Assurances, a company of Westland Insurance Group Ltd., has a great opportunity for an Insurance Administrator. This role is primarily in-office at our Montréal, QC location. You’ll be a vital part of our team, supporting day-to-day operations while embodying our values and delivering excellent customer service.
In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative support to our service and sales teams, ensuring accurate handling of policies, claims, and documentation using our Applied Epic system. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and service-driven, this role is for you!

- You have 2–3 years of experience in administration or insurance
- You are bilingual in French and English (required)
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with data entry systems
- You have excellent communication and customer service skills
- You demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- You’re known for your professionalism and positive attitude
- Knowledge of the Applied Epic system is an asset
- You handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
Once in the role, you will:
- Professionally manage client communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Provide full administrative support (booking rooms, ordering supplies, Outlook calendar, front desk)
- Manage documentation (scanning, filing, compliance) and mail processing
- Use the Applied Epic system daily to handle policies and claims
- Support claims management (open/close claims, loss reports, Lloyd’s inspections)
- Regularly participate in training to stay current with industry trends, products, and risk-related issues
