The MHC will also provide short-term crisis intervention as needed, including in both individual and group format. The MHC will also coordinate case management conferences, provide input into intakes, discharges, and facilitate transition planning meetings. Additional duties may include therapeutic support for families, family counseling, and transition to other community-based supports internal and external to Recovery Alberta.
