About the Role

The Sr. Sales Operations Specialist is a key partner to Sales Leadership, focused on driving operational excellence, improving sales efficiency, and enabling scalable processes across Powerfleet’s revenue organization. This role manages critical sales tools and workflows, ensures accurate data and reporting, and delivers insights that support revenue acceleration. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Salesforce, CPQ systems, and sales engagement platforms, combined with the ability to collaborate across functions in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and administer DealHub (CPQ), including configuration, enhancements, and support for the sales team.
  • Optimize Salesforce through reporting, dashboards, training, and issue resolution.
  • Manage and improve sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesloft) to drive workflow alignment and productivity.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that reduce friction and enable revenue growth.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to align operational initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate, scalable workflows and system documentation.
  • Analyze sales performance data and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
  • Support process automation and global sales enablement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–8 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations roles within high-growth or technology-driven organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with DealHub or similar CPQ tools (Salesforce CPQ, Conga, Apttus).
  • Advanced Salesforce proficiency; Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
  • Experience with sales engagement tools such as Salesloft (preferred), Outreach, or Groove.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and business impact.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and leadership.
  • Experience working with global sales teams or complex go-to-market structures.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as BANT, MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger.
