  • Support the Sales team on proposals, quotation requests, and customer engagement.
  • Align product requirements and maintain product roadmaps under the direction of the Senior Product Manager.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing communication and promotional strategies under the guidance of the Senior Product Manager.
  • Support the full product lifecycle (from concept to EOL) by working with various departments, including R&D/Engineering, Sourcing, Quality, Planning, and Manufacturing.
  • Contribute to regional pricing strategies and prepare/verify annual price lists for the standard products.
  • Maintain product and pricing information on ERP and CRM systems.
  • Provide pricing support to CSRs and the Sales team for customer inquiries on Sinclair products.
  • Prepare, maintain, and optimize product specification documents, datasheets, product pages, product navigation, and pattern files on the website.
  • Deliver technical product training and presentations to the sales team, distributors, and customers.
  • Participate in major industry events to keep current on market trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Help ensure that all legal, regulatory, and branding requirements are met.
  • Provide guidance and support to peers and junior team members within the Product Management department.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, RF, or related), Physics, or equivalent field of study
  • 1–3 years of combined experience in product management, product marketing, technical sales, or applications engineering — ideally with exposure to RF, wireless, or telecommunications products
  • Working knowledge of antennas, RF filters, or signal conditioning products is a strong asset
  • Proven ability to write clear technical specifications, requirements documents, and product collateral
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate market and customer insights into actionable product decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., BC, Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite) is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation), with the ability to engage both technical and commercial audiences
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills who can manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
  • Experience with or knowledge of public safety, transportation, utilities, or mission-critical communications is an asset
  • Available for occasional domestic and international travel (approximately 5%)
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
