Our rapid growth and continuing success means we have an opening for an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team.

As part of the finance team, we are looking for an individual has strong business acumen, in-depth knowledge of accounting practices, and a passion for forecasting and planning!  You will work closely with business leaders to provide strategic operations and financial support, driving analysis and relevant insight to support business decisions.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with leaders in functional areas to develop short- and long-term financial plans;
  • Manage the budgeting, forecasting, management reporting process for functional areas;
  • Analyze, investigate and report on performance and variances between plan/forecast and actual results;
  • Establish efficient process for monthly and quarterly performance reporting;
  • Prepare and present financial and business analysis to provide leadership with relevant, timely insight to enable business decisions;
  • Assist leaders in establishing, tracking and analyzing KPI’s and relevant metrics;
  • Align functional goals and strategies to broader corporate initiatives;
  • Understand business drivers and recommend measures to further improve results;
  • Actively seek to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of FP&A tools and processes, leveraging AI;

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a financial environment applying analytical and problem-solving skills and supporting management decision making;
  • Experience in the financial or IT sector considered an asset;
  • High proficiency in utilizing Workday, OneStream, Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI;
  • Ability to work with large sets of data to spot trends and anomalies, understand the details while being able to tell the big picture story;
  • Work independently, with attention to detail and ability to ensure quality and accuracy of output;
  • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines; remain calm under pressure and in the face of uncertainty.
  • Must be proactive, resourceful, and demonstrate intellectual curiosity.
