You will play a pivotal role in driving ECC to S/4HANA transformation initiatives across various business domains. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing processes and ensuring seamless transitions for this key client.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate workshops to capture current-state processes leveraging SAP ECC across multiple business domains
- Document processes, requirements, and gaps to inform S/4HANA transformation and migration assessments
- Conduct ECC-to-S/4 migration assessments and recommend remediation/transition approaches
- Create UAT strategies, detailed test plans, and test cases; coordinate and drive user testing
- Collaborate with business and SAP technical teams to align requirements and validate solutions
- Track and report on testing and process documentation progress and outcomes
- Support change management inputs (e.g., training needs arising from process/testing findings)
Requirements
- Must currently be based in Canada
- Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on SAP programs
- Must have hands-on experience working with SAP ECC and contributing to S/4HANA initiatives
- Must have experience conducting ECC-to-S/4 migration assessments
- Must have experience creating UAT plans and test cases and leading user acceptance testing
Preferred Skills
- Experience documenting as-is and to-be processes for S/4HANA transformations
- Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders in complex, regulated environments
- SAP or BA-related certifications (e.g., SAP certifications, CBAP)
