About the role

JOB SUMMARY

We are constantly looking to add new players to business development team in charge of planning sales strategies across multiple verticals. Team members plan activities necessary to grow and retain their customers to recognize opportunities and effectively manage the full sales cycle. They are in charge of reviewing customer business requirements, developing and maintain privileged professional relationships with business stakeholders. Our account manager team are at the forefront of our hosted ip telephony service offering and ensure constant presence in the industry. Every business requirement they face is translated to a success story to our constantly growing customer base.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

  • Develop strong business relationships with clients
  • Be present in the market by participating in various networking activities and events with clients
  • Listen to and understand customer requirements and quickly tanslate them to the proper SBK service offering
  • Meet and exceed sales, revenue and business development goals through new customer acquisition.
  • Develop account plans to meet and satisfy our customers needs
  • Update the CRM tool and present strategic/tactical plans to meet business requirements

REQUIRED PROFILE

Skills, Experience and Training

  • Best in class client orientation
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor to the client
  • Become a reference for customers in the industry
  • Demonstrate high level interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the Telecom and IP Telephony industry
  • Knowledge of basic principles at local area network (LAN) level
  • Be self-directed, creative, proactive and demonstrate initiative
  • Good business sense
  • Be comfortable working in a team environment
  • Exercise sound judgment, integrity, professionalism and ethics
  • Good knowledge of required IT tools (Office Suite, Hubspot)
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Must own car to attend various customer meetings.
  • Ability to communicate with customers and different levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, English and French
  • University education in business administration or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications sales
