Reporting functionally to the Audit & Finance Committee and administratively to the CEO, the Director, Internal Audit provides independent, risk-based assurance and strategic insight on the adequacy and effectiveness of key business and risk management processes.

In this role you will:
- Lead the development and execution of a risk-based audit plan
- Evaluate the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes
- Provide strategic insight and assurance to the Audit & Finance Committee and senior management
- Support compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Drive continuous improvement and influence key decision-makers
What you bring:
- A university degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Professional designation (CPA, CIA or equivalent).
- Extensive experience in internal audit, risk management, and governance in complex, regulated environments.
- Experience reporting to senior executives and/or board-level committees.
- Deep understanding of audit methodologies and risk-based frameworks.
- Strong grasp of corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with enterprise risk management practices.

Working Conditions:
- Hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of 3 days/week in office
