Agilus is recruiting for a Human Resources Coordinator in the oil and gas sector in Calgary, Alberta. Our client in SE Calgary is looking to hire a permanent HR Coordinator for their HR team. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain valuable HR experience, have room to grow in the future, and be part of a great team.
Responsibilities
- Being the first point of contact for the benefits program; administration, new hires, answering employee questions
- Updating employee records and processing leaves and insurance
- Managing the HR inbox
- Creating HR correspondence
- Managing the employee recognition programs
- Running HR reports, helping with performance reviews, and health and safety initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years of HR experience as an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator
- Benefits administration experience
- Fluency with SAP or similar program
- Post-secondary completion in relevant field

- Monday to Friday, full time in-office
- Located: SE Calgary
