Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning.
- Improve client satisfaction and retention through tailored solutions.
- Monitor and analyze sales pipelines to forecast success.
- Collaborate with team members while maintaining accountability for results.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage client data and provide regular updates.
- Participate in training to continuously build skills and industry knowledge.
Experience/Qualifications
- RIBO license required
- 3 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Compu quote ( Applied Rating Services); Epic experience an asset
- Strong customer service background with conflict resolution skills
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to manage complex client needs
- Experience in account management or sales within a target-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to meet goals
- Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting
