The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The Administrator will be responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting patients, and supporting the overall efficiency of the office alongside our team.

- Can manage all aspects of patient scheduling, processing payments, insurance verification, treatment coordination, recalls, estimates and scheduling of follow-up appointments
- Can manage all aspects of a patient’s treatment and be a critical point of contact for patients throughout their appointment
- Has a positive & professional demeanor and can communicate with patients, providers, and other staff members in a professional manner
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding services offered.

This candidate is the face and voice of our clinic, whether on the phone or welcoming patients at the reception desk, you will help set the precedence. Must Be enthusiastic about working with our patients and making dentistry fun. Must have a strong, independent work ethic and the ability to also work well as part of our team.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 2 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
