Health Care Aide

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and assistance to residents in daily activities.
  • Support residents with mobility and physical activities.
  • Assist with medication management as required.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

Required Qualifications

  • Certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) or Health Care Aide (HCA).
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with seniors.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
