Job Description Our client needs are growing. We anticipate needing a bilingual French/English recruiting coordinator/admin support. This individual will work in a process-driven environment and will need to be comfortable working with multiple systems, in a fast-paced environment and with trackers/metrics.

The tasks this individual will work on will include:

  • scheduling candidate interviews
  • prescreening candidates
  • offer letter generation
  • initiating/conducting background checks
  • other tasks

This will be a remote full-time 40 hour/week role.

The successful individual will have:

  • strong attention to detail
  • have recruitment coordination/admin experience
  • be bilingual French/English and must be comfortable reading, writing and speaking French
  • strong sense of urgency
