Your role:
- Proactively communicate with customers to follow up and collect outstanding accounts receivable
- Reconcile and maintain accurate customer account records
- Prepare and issue accurate, timely invoices
- Oversee and administer accounts payable process
- Provide support to the Finance team as necessary
- Manage and reconcile bank accounts and credit cards
What you bring to the table:
- 2-3 years of accounting experience, ideally in accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bilingual in French and English (required)
