As an Account Manager, you’ll be reporting to the Manager, Brokerage Sales. You are high-energy, dynamic, passionate and not afraid to challenge the status quo. As a talented relationship builder and manager, you’ll develop an understanding of the advisor’s and client’s needs and provide solutions and opportunities to ensure their overall satisfaction with Medavie Blue Cross. You care deeply about these relationships and what you do. You strive to become the go-to expert on all things group insurance and you’re always keeping up-to-date on the latest industry trends.
Education: An undergraduate degree in a business related area; ideally Finance, Administration, Marketing or related field
Work Experience: A minimum of three to five years of group insurance experience, either in sales, account management, underwriting or a related field.
Computer Skills: Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, proficient in Excel.
Other Qualifications: LLQP life license upon being hired, GBA would be an asset. Having a driver’s license is mandatory.
Language Skills: Bilingualism in English and French would be an asset but not required.
