We’re currently looking for an Account Performance Manager; this is a remote role around the Moncton area.


Summary

The Performance Manager is a positive and energetic salesperson and account manager that loves the automotive business. This role is directly responsible for working within defined territories. This person will spend time piecing auction deals together, calling customers to build and develop relationships, signing up new dealers and providing general sales support to the sales team.



What you will do:

  • To build, enhance and nurture customer relationships to secure customer loyalty and increase business
  • Actively working the phones to increase awareness of our product with our customer base
  • Signing up new dealers and training on EBlock app and website
  • Working in a team environment with your dedicated outside sales team.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints by taking immediate action independently or referring customer to appropriate manager
  • Persuasively explains to customers and prospective customers how the company’s products and services can reduce customer’s costs and enhance their business
  • Provides customer training as required.
  • Negotiate auction deals between buyer and seller
  • Keeps up to date with information about product and service innovations, changing needs of customers, market conditions and competitors and adjusts sales strategy accordingly
  • Analyzes sales data, prepares reports and carries out other administrative duties associated with sales function
  • Coordinate general sales/customer service functions such as coordinate transport, collecting titles, auditing vehicle listings, etc


What you will need:

  • Post-Secondary diploma or degree in a technical field preferred
  • Two or more years previous management experience in a technical environment with proven leadership abilities
  • Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on operations and business processes
  • Experience in the car auction/auto industry business an asset
  • Strong customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Organized with the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change quickly
  • Able to follow instructions and work using your own initiative
