As a member of the AdminSupport team you are an essential team member who provides assistance to Legal Support team members and Legal Professionals throughout the firm.
What You’ll Do
You will assist by scanning, printing, emailing, photocopying and assembling documents. Completion of basic forms such as fax cover sheets or courier request forms will also be required. You may be required to retrieve items located throughout the office which spans seven floors. You will correspond verbally or in writing with requestors to acknowledge receipt of requests or to obtain further instructions. Other related tasks may be assigned as required.
The successful applicant must be / have:
• Team-oriented and customer service focused with a positive attitude
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, office environment
• Strong oral and written English communication skills
• Flexible to overtime on occasion/when required
This position requires daily attendance at the office and moderate physical exertion in the form of walking, standing and/or light lifting throughout the day.
