Job Description

Administrative Support Clerk
6 month contract with possibility of renewal
Montreal, Quebec

We are currently seeking an Administrative Support Clerk for a 6 month contract (with possibility of renewal) to provide administrative support to the Market Access and Patient Services departments.
In this role, the person will be part of a small dynamic team and will perform diverse tasks and support the Market Access and Patient Services departments.

The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Patient Support:

  • Essential role within the framework of the management of the finances of the department: supports the head of the department in order to rigorously manage invoices, payments, and budget updates Generate reports (Excel) on various activities (i.e. End of month report)
  • Produce weekly time reports (HR report, team schedules)
  • Follow-up of internal / external postal requests. Record complaints received by mail as well as actions taken to resolve complaints

Market access:

  • Essential role within the framework of the management of the finances of the department: support to the head of the department and to the product managers in order to rigorously manage invoices, payments, etc ...
  • Management of the IT program (Teva's own platform) for the approval of external interactions (sponsorships, etc.)
  • Provide administrative support for follow-ups with contracts in collaboration with the legal group
  • Create purchase orders, submit invoices to accounts payable, follow up with suppliers and accounts payable
Qualifications
  • Completed DEC with 2+ years experience or high school diploma with 5+ years experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role; customer service experience an asset.
  • Bilingualism in French and English required, spoken and written
  • Excellent command of MS Office (Word / Excel / Power Point)
  • Strong ability to multitask and be independent
  • Ability to work in a team, professional, punctual and highly reliable
  • Ability to react quickly to changing priorities
  • High level of compliance with the confidentiality and confidentiality of information relating to our patients
