Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. is looking for an Alarm System Technician to join our Owen Sound, ON team. Are you our next employee? In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly and testing of Edwards fire alarm systems to meet custom project requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, wire, test, program, and trouble shoot microprocessor based Edwards fire alarm systems
- Produce approval and manufacturing documentation for various custom pre-configured fire alarm systems
- Identify design problems and implement corrective action
Qualifications:
- CFAA considered a strong asset
- 2 years' experience in Fire Alarm System Support or equivalent
- Post-Secondary Education in Electronic Technician Program or equivalent
- Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office Programs, and basic PLC programming
- AutoCAD experience an asset
