Our Talent Acquisition (“TA”) team drives a top-notch candidate experience and partners with business leaders across all offices to attract and hire the right talent. The Bilingual TA Assistant is the backbone of our team – in this role, you will interact with candidates, hiring managers, and the broader HR team regularly, and will focus heavily on coordinating interviews and supporting the administration of our national recruitment activities. As a Bilingual TA Assistant, you will be:

  • Providing administrative support to the national TA team which oversees all recruitment activities for business professionals (Marketing, Finance, HR, IT, etc.) across the Firm.
  • Scheduling interviews with candidates, coordinating with Hiring Managers to find time in their schedules, and ensuring the appropriate interview materials are shared.
  • Assisting in the administration of the offer process for all new hires including verifying references, initiating background verifications and preparing offer documents.
  • Creating, posting and monitoring job advertisements and keeping the applications inbox organized.
  • Identifying qualified applicants through initial interview assessments including phone screening and technical testing.
  • Collecting and assisting in the maintenance of talent acquisition analytics used for business reporting.
  • Maintaining knowledge in current TA trends including talent acquisition analytics, best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Sharing ideas and feedback within a highly collaborative, driven, and supportive team.

As our ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and French.
  • 1-3 years of related experience in a recruitment / talent acquisition or human resources role.
  • Post-secondary education with HR focus.
  • Solution and service mindset: high level of initiative and understanding of how your work impacts others.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Adaptability and ability to effectively respond to urgent requests and changing priorities.
