As the Client Service Representative, you are a self-starter and a great communicator. You bring a passion for outstanding client service, and knowledge of Alberta and the Agriculture industry. You are the first impression and a key contributor for the delivery team to meet their goals.

What will your growth opportunities look like in this role?
• Learn and become knowledgeable in the insurance, lending, and risk management aspects of the business

What will you be responsible for?
• Welcome clients and assist with various requests for information, referring more complex matters to Relationship Managers
• Ensure a positive experience for clients by having courteous interactions with them
• Carry out standard client service activities and handle client enquiries
• Conduct data entry into AFSC systems, and review and verify the information to ensure accuracy and accessibility
• Carry out sales support tasks and provide help to Relationship Managers
• Perform basic data entry tasks, including data verification
• Use standard office software to carry out formatting on letters and routine reports
• Schedule appointments, make arrangements for meetings and conferences, and plan staff events
