The Clinical Portfolio Analyst is in charge of planning clinical studies in order to ensure the achievement of the Clinical Division’s revenue in accordance with the company’s planned objectives.
Participates in the validation of the clinical study planning depending on the protocol, the capacity of the clinical units, the workforce capacity and the recruitment of volunteers, taking into account customer’s priorities and income to achieve expected results.
Actively participates in the risk assessment associated with clinical revenues, specifically in the study preparation phase.
Participates in the development of indicators related to clinical operations and financial objectives of the division.
Actively contributes to the analysis of the division’s financial performance, from preparation of quotes to the financial report.
Actively contributes as a clinical expert in the preparation of cost proposals, especially for project specific quotes and Phase I studies.
Contributes to budget development in his/her sector.
Performs cost analysis for clinical projects and follows up with the clinical management team and finance division.
From this analysis, identifies improvement opportunities to the Master Plan and the processes of his/her division and/or service.
Advises clients (internal/external) on the elements that fall within the division’s expertise by identifying needs, analyzing and following up.
May be assigned other clinical tasks.
Responsible for performing activities that are in compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies, Standard Operating Procedures and Operating Guidelines and performing other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
The job holder must possess Bachelor's degree in a health field or other relevant fields.
Other relevant certification can be considered as a suitable alternative
2 to 3 years of relevant work experience would be considered an asset.
Must demonstrate good computer skills especially in the utilization of Microsoft Word and Excel and MD Projects.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills both written and spoken
Experience in regulatory context will be considered an asset
Other (optional): Knowledge of clinical operations, regulations or having finance notions would be considered an asset.
