This position develops, analyzes and models Customer, Network and Operational data to quantify the performance of business segments, evaluate operational changes, and design new approaches and methodologies. Analyses organizational data to recommend solutions to new and complex problems, develops innovative strategies, quantifies the performance of the organization's operations and/or markets; models and evaluates the potential impact of changes. Such activities include the collection and analysis of internal metrics, based on the Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) processes of Service Assurance, Service Activation, Service Reliability and Service Availability, as well as the integration of Market/Industry information from Bell Canada and other sources to help guide the strategic planning process.
