As a member of the Electrical Vehicle power unit integration, your main mandate will be developing and designing of HV powertrain components and integrating them in different vehicles. You understand power electronic design, power transfer, efficiency map, grounding, isolation, EM radiation and shielding, heat management, this position is yours. You will be responsible for:

  • Being the power electronic reference of the team for several projects (charger, heater, EVSE…)
  • Performing component level electrical analysis and simulations for performance and risk evaluation
  • Communicate the risk evaluation to internal and external suppliers and work with them to solve the identified issues
  • Participation to the overall vehicle design validation through rigorous simulations in collaboration with the Item (charger, harness, motor, inverter …) owners/teams and the vehicle electrical validation engineers
  • Building a bottom up simulation methodology of the Power Unit (battery and motor inverter) which allow an electrical and EMC evaluation of the vehicle’s performances through rigorous modeling of the deferent power electronics items
  • Support the different teams (charger, harness, motor, inverter…) trough simulations and tests
  • Participation to layout design reviews, take actions to predict any layout issue and provide the necessary mitigation plans


  • You are rigorous and well organized;
  • You have a mind for innovation and EV awareness;
  • You have the ability to work in a project start-up environment with objectives that are in the process of being defined;
  • You detain a Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering, or demonstrate exceptional skill in the relevant fields;
  • You have experience in 3D/2D drawing tools, electrical drawing tools including See Electrical, Capital Harness; electrical simulation tools : LTspice, Simitrix, Psipice ..., 3D simulation tools : FEKO, HFS, FLUX...
  • You have a minimum of 2 to 3 year of relevant experience in power electronics design, electrical/ electronic simulation and/or EMC design, experience with R10 , R136... or any other vehicle certification standards is a plus;
  • You have good knowledge of CAN communication protocols;
  • You master French and English (written and spoken);
  • You will be comfortable in an environment where technical solutions are not known, where the path is not traced and with the use of predictive analysis methods;
  • You possess good organization skills, interpersonal skills, and autonomy;
  • You demonstrate strong interest in driving and designing recreational & performance vehicles;
