Hours - 48 hours a week
Setting - Acute and LTC
Hourly Rate - $75/HR to $90/HR (Based on experience)
Job Description:
- Specialty RN can be assigned to a unit with patients that require more complex care.
- The Specialty RN is responsible for the overall coordination and direction of nursing care.
- The Specialty RN provides clinical leadership, particularly in complex or unpredictable patient/client care settings.
- The Specialty RN has the knowledge, skill and judgment needed to provide competent, evidence-based nursing practice.
- As a member of a collaborative care team, the Specialty RN works with other disciplines to coordinate care to achieve patient/family outcomes.
- The Specialty RN contributes to the efficient and effective functioning of the service/unit and coordination of patient care.
- The Specialty RN complies with documentation processes at sites.
