Your Opportunity: Manager

We are seeking individuals that will create an overall positive experience for all club members, prospective members and guests. Essential duties include but are not limited to: Recruit, hire, train and develop a high performing club staff. Lead by example and maintain consistent accountability for direct reports by training, coaching, mentoring and ensuring adherence to PF’s procedures, values and goals. Answering phone calls, answering member questions (in person or over the phone), completing member check-ins, new member tours, new member sign ups and cleaning checks throughout the facility (Bathrooms/Locker Rooms/Black Card Area/Workout Area).

What we are looking for:

  • Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Exceptional leadership, diplomacy and listening skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Google Drive & Microsoft Suite).
  • Hard working, enthusiastic and energetic!
  • Strong problem resolution skills.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English abilities are a plus
  • Current CPR Certification required (or completed within 30 days)
  • High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
