We are rapidly expanding in the Vancouver area. With work starting at very large projects coming out of the ground across this great city and are looking for talented, engaging, professional tradespeople who would like to help us with field recruiting. The field recruiter plays a key role in finding, screening, and selecting high quality candidates to work for Modern Niagara in the field.
This role will bring the opportunity to build lasting relationships, and to collaborate on methods and strategies in talent recruitment. Find innovative ways to attract, engage, and hire the top talent. Engage the local unions and attend union meetings. Arrange speaking opportunities at trade schools, supplier events, or other pertinent events that may benefit the recruitment process.
This position is a full-time position. Training will be provided so no experience is necessary
