Position Summary

Reporting to the Assistant to the Director of Sales & Executive Suites will be primarily responsible for assisting in the execution of our Premium Experiences during our Calgary Flames home games, as well as other outside events.

Functions (Purpose and Responsibilities)
• Assist in preparation, operation and take down of all premium Calgary Flames experiences;
• Work with Sales Department to ensure activations are done at the appropriate time;
• Maintain a professional level of conduct and interaction with clients to ensure they are having a great experience;
• Help promote upcoming events and experiences through representation of the organization at external opportunities;
• Ability to lift minimum 25 pounds and perform some manual labour (set up tables, event tents, merchandise etc.);
• All other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have the following background:
• Experience with sales/service business is preferred;
• Working knowledge of hockey and the National Hockey League;
• Working knowledge of football and the Canadian Football League;
• Maintain professionalism when working with and around athletes coaching staff and management;
• Excellent time management skills;

  • Self starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to be the front line of customer service as an individual and within a team;
  • Passion for providing a memorable experience to out internal and external guests in the continual quest of achieving service excellence;

• High school diploma is considered an asset.
