Group Sales Executive

Reporting to the Manager, Group Sales, as a Group Sales Executive you will be responsible for group and season ticket sales, engaging with a variety of community-based and corporate partners.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Identifying and prospecting new clients;
  • Making sales calls and qualifying clients leading to potential sales opportunities;
  • Scheduling meetings as needed and conducting presentations of group ticket products;
  • Providing superior and professional customer service;
  • Performing game-day duties to facilitate large group events as well as hosting and entertaining clients;
  • Attending assigned community events promoting tailored ticket offers;
  • Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets as assigned;
  • Meeting and exceeding annual sales goals;
  • Performing related duties as assigned.

THE INDIVIDUAL

Required Education

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

Required Skills

  • One to three years’ experience in a fast-paced sales environment.

  • Must be customer-focused and driven with the ability to build and maintain client relationship.
  • Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Strong sales processes, from first engagement to close of sale.
  • Ability to learn quickly and receptive to new ideas and processes.
  • Facility with computerized systems, including commitment to maintaining computerized records of all touchpoints with clients and prospects with our CRM system.
  • Proficiency with computer software programs, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible to meet changing work needs and demands.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
