An Experienced Home Consultant

  • Do you have a proven sales track record in selling custom homes?
  • Are you known for your strong capabilities to develop and maintain exceptional customer relationships in a long sales cycle?
  • Do you take a consultative and educational approach in closing the sale?

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Home Consultant position is a challenging opportunity for a self-driven, motivated, organized individual. 

  • Greet customers in our show home, respond to internet and social media requests, quote standard designs.  Demonstrate our quality and home efficiency both from and energy and labor perspective.
  • Follow up with customers on a regular basis and continue to strengthen the relationship and promote the Timber Block product.
  • Close Sales opportunities.
  • Work with a team of professionals supporting the customer from concept through completion.

This position requires flexible availability (Saturdays).
