True Key Hotels & Resorts proudly manages Bighorn Meadows Resort, which resides in the midst of the regal Canadian Rockies and Kootenay National Park, British Columbia. This resort is located 2.5 hours west of Calgary, Alberta and offers luxury resort accommodation on the Springs Golf Course. As well as world class golf throughout the valley, enjoy year-round outdoor recreation and relaxation available in and around the Village of Radium such as the nearby renowned Radium Hot Springs and Lake Windermere in Invermere. Bighorn Meadows is also situated near a number of ski hills.

This position is located in Radium Hot Springs, BC. Staff Housing available.

Position Requirements:

  • Knowledge of best practises from working within a luxury property is desired.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Dedication to the guest experience and resort cleanliness.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Position Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Ensure guest rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained in accordance with the True Key Hotels & Resorts standards.
  • Report, track and communicate any physical and material damage to vacation homes to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Housekeeping Manager.
  • Support Room Attendants by delivering supplies required for rooms.
  • Assist other departments to meet guests needs ( ie. Guest Services, Laundry).
  • Assist with guests check-in and check -out upon request
  • Adhere to health & safety standards.
  • Ensure safety and confidentiality of our owners, guests and employees.
