The Housekeeping Manager ensures guest rooms/common areas are clean & well-maintained and recognize staff achievements. They manage all areas that keep the housekeeping department operating smoothly.

What you’ll be doing.

  • Ensure guest rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained in accordance with True Key Hotels & Resorts standards.
  • Manage and schedule the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping team.
  • Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication of objectives and coordination with the housekeeping team and other departments.
  • Hire, train, retain and motivate the Housekeeping team.
  • Work closely with senior management to develop annual plans and budgets.
  • Record and track any damages and repairs of vacation homes for proper billing to owners.

Who you are.

  • Knowledge of best practices from working within a luxury property is desired.
  • Energetic and happy to work with a great team of other like-minded individuals.
  • You pay attention to the little things.
  • You are proficient with Word, Outlook & Excel.
  • Notable experience as a housekeeping manager.
