Lexop is looking for an experienced Human Resources Director - who currently resides in Montreal.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and improving employee relations, wellness and performance
  • Leading entire staffing and recruitment strategy (candidate assessments and interviews, talent acquisition initiatives, dealing with recruitment firms …)
  • Reviewing and improving employee compensation and benefits packages
  • Reviewing and improving our company processes and policies
  • Collaborating with management and auditors to ensure HR practices remain compliant (SOC2)
  • Nurturing our culture by organizing events, displaying special attentions, recognizing employee contribution and milestones
  • Managing the office
  • Reporting directly to the CEO

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor in human resources, business, or organizational development
  • 4+ years of experience in the field
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English (written and spoken)

Bonus skills:

  • Experience at a Startup
  • Experience defining and managing company Culture
  • Training in Business and Administration fields
