As an Implementation and Support Specialist, your work will start right after contract signature. Following a handover from the sales team, customers will deal directly with you in oder to complete all the data gathering requirements. Once done, you’ll being preparing their account and configuring everything to their specifications. You’ll accompany them throughout the implementation process as well as after launch once they begin using the product. You’ll deal with questions and support requests, coordinating with the engineering team when necessary.



Main Responsibilities:


  • Meeting with customers to collect requirements and information required to prepare account
  • Configure customer accounts to reflect branding, messaging, internal processes
  • Following up on regular basis with customers throughout the implementation phase
  • Interfacing with engineering department to track product readiness
  • Accompanying customer throughout the implementation and after product launch
  • Handling questions and support requests
  • Gathering information to help engineering team investigate issues
  • Providing feedback to product team concerning potential features and improvements
  • Tracking performance and following-up with customers on a regular basis after launch



Minimum Requirements:


  • Degree in technical field (engineering, computer science, information technology ...)
  • Must be bilingual (french and english)
  • 2+ years experience in a customer support role
  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
