Tasks/Responsibilities
The Director will be responsible of managing the IT infrastructure and support department including four system/network administrators and three technicians.
MORE PRECISELY
Ensure the sound management of the department and the various IT infrastructure projects;
Ensure staff management (hiring, performance, follow-ups, coaching, reports, etc.);
Maintain the relationship with suppliers regarding purchases and licenses;
Optimize IT support (environment of around 1000 workstations).
PROFILE
5+ years of experience as Infrastructure Director;
Experience in Windows and networking environment;
Good knowledge of Fortinet and VoIP (strong assets);
Skills in team management, priority management and project management;
BAC in management, computer science or equivalent;
French required, functional English.
