The Business Analyst will be responsible of contributing to many projects related to the company’s IT operations, while focusing on continuous optimization.
Carry out various analysis in terms of operational performance;
Document business processes and produce various reports;
Participate in the optimization of existing processes and the implementation of new processes;
Support business decision making and implement new work tools.
3+ years of experience as an IT Operations Business Analyst;
Professional experience in multi-project mode;
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel software and experience in pivot tables;
Knowledge of KPI, SLA (Service Level Agreements) and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) – assets;
Knowledge of SAP and ServiceNow – assets;
Strong ability to analyze, adapt and manage pressure;
BAC in administration, computer science or the equivalent;
Bilingualism required (French and English).
