Level 1 Technician (day schedule)

The Computer Technician will be responsible for performing Level 1 support to users while providing excellent customer service.


Install and configure new workstations and mobile devices;

Search for solutions to solve complex problems;

Ensure perfect customer service at all levels;

Be able to escalade tickets on time as well as at the right level;

Maintain inventory of computer equipment;

Create technical documents;

Manage user-access.


  • 3+ years of experience as a Computer Technician level 1
  • Experience with Windows, devices, antivirus, backup, office software, etc.
  • Experience with POS systems (strong asset)
  • Great autonomy
  • Must be interested in a work schedule from 6am to 2pm
  • Car needed (difficult access by public transport)
  • DEP in IT Support or equivalent
  • Bilingual (French and English).
